<Insurance>
While we have minimal insurance coverage,we recommend participants also obtain their own insurance for additional peace of mind.
Please be aware that injuries during practical exercises in the ninja training program are not covered by the AIR TRAVEL recruitment-based travel contracted insurance . Compensation is not applicable as per the terms in the travel industry contract and special compensation regulations.
Participants are advised that practical exercises are voluntary and undertaken at their own risk.
<Things not included in the fee>
Personal expenses such as transportation to the meeting place.
Miscellaneous expenses related to separate activities.
Expenses related to injury or illness.
<Others important information>
The event will take place rain or shine, so participants should bring their own rain gear.
Participants are advised to wear clothes and shoes that are easy to move in, cover the skin, and can withstand getting dirty.
If participants have any food allergies, they should inform the organizers at the time of application.
Participation fees must be paid in advance by credit card. Registration is completed upon receipt of the participation fee.
Other travel conditions are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Up to 11 days before the departure date: Free cancellation.
Day before departure up to 10 days before: 20% of the fee.
Up to 7 days before departure: 30% of the fee.
Day before departure: 40% of the fee.
On the day of departure: 50% of the fee.
In case of cancellation after the event starts or non-participation without notice: 100% of the fee.
